Our shipping services:

Drop Shipment

For qualified customers, Univold can drop-ship product to your business location directly from the manufacturer.

Fulfillment

If necessary, Univold can ship directly to your customer on your behalf. The order will be shipped in an unmarked box with a generic packaging slip referencing your sale to your customer.

You will be invoiced separately.

Pick Up

If you prefer not to wait for your order to be delivered, you can pick it up at any U.S. Distribution Center.

Just enter your order, either electronically or through your Univold sales representative, and allow two hours for processing. Delays are rare, but possible, so please call your Univold sales representative to be sure your order is ready before picking it up.

Same-Day Shipping

FedEx – Orders processed from the local distribution center by 6pm (local time) will ship same day.

UPS – Same day shipping if your order is received before 2:00 pm.

This speedy service is included free with all orders, provided that they are free of credit holds and other complications. If you place your order early, our Credit Services Team will eagerly work with you to release any holds by this deadline.

Advanced Solutions

Advanced Solution delivery costs are borne by the customer. If a carrier of customer’s choice, Univold will ship Collect or 3rd Party Freight Account from vendor or Univold Logistics Center.

Univold or its selected carrier may contact consignee for a site survey. As many Advanced Solutions products may be oversized and/or fragile, any delivery that must go beyond specifics of the delivery location may require extra labor, safety and moving equipment, protective coverings, and other requirements to be determined by the survey. Quotes will be revised as necessary based on this information.

If expedited service is required, the desired delivery date must be provided, and Univold will review for feasibility. Larger or fragile product may not be eligible for certain services, especially if air freight is necessary outside of a major airport metropolitan area.

Drop-ship or inbound vendor shipments must have Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Bill of Lading prepared for carrier pickup.

Endpoint Solutions

Endpoint Solutions consists of the following legal entity: Univold Corporation. If you have doubt as to whether you purchased from Advanced Solutions or Endpoint Solutions, please check your invoice or speak with your Univold representative.
